For the CEO & CFO
What do your teleradiology services cost?
One monthly price, per study or per wRVU, whichever fits your mix. No STAT, after-hours or weekend surcharges, and any read outside our turnaround isn’t charged. Your exact price comes in your free coverage plan.
How long is the contract?
One year, then 90 days’ notice after that. Every term is written plainly in your agreement.
Do we lose our day radiology group?
No. Our overnight teleradiology covers the hours they don’t, and we hand off to them at 7 AM every morning.
For the CMO & ED
Are these final reads?
Yes. Signed final reads by board-certified radiologists, in your format, read in the United States.
Who reads our scans?
Board-certified radiologists, licensed in your state and approved by your medical staff office before they read a single study for you.
How do critical results reach my ER?
A phone call within 15 minutes, read back and logged with name, role and time. Every call is on your monthly scorecard.
How do you check quality?
Peer review: a share of every month’s reads gets a second look from another radiologist, and results are on your monthly scorecard.
For the IT & compliance
How do you connect to our systems?
Orders come to us by HL7 and images by secure routing to our PACS. Signed reports go back into your system. Nothing for your staff to install.
Is your teleradiology HIPAA compliant? Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. We sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every hospital and follow strict PHI handling rules.
Is your platform secure?
Our technology runs on SOC 2-compliant platforms. Ask us anything about security when we build your free coverage plan.
For the Medical staff office
Who handles teleradiology credentialing?
We do, verified through an NCQA-certified credentials verification organization and built to Joint Commission standards. Your office reviews and approves.
What if a radiologist is out?
A named backup, already credentialed at your hospital, is on every night of your nighthawk radiology coverage.
For the whole committee
What does the free coverage plan involve?
A short call about your hours, volume and hardest nights. Then a written plan: your gaps, who would read for you, your go-live date and your price. We never ask for patient information.
